Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will work across various areas of the business within production. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where safety and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and return bulk materials and packaging for re-packing operations
- Pack goods (solids or liquids) in accordance with safe work practices
- Operate mechanical filling equipment and associated machinery (e.g., labelling machines, cappers)
- Pack bulk solutions
- Set up packing equipment and perform basic maintenance
- Ensure all work is carried out safely for yourself and others
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid HR Forklift Licence
- Required full rights to work in Australia
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work from procedures
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Responsibility for the quality of your own work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Physical fitness (role involves manual handling)
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
